DOM N 8 DESIGN Return and Refund Policy
Effective Date: 1 July 2024
• Products are eligible for return within 60 days from the date of purchase.
• We do not refund for change of mind,
• We can exchange for a different size as available.
• We can exchange for a different textile design in the same price category and as available.
• Products must be in their original condition and packaging intact.
• Clothing must be unworn and unwashed.
• Underwear items are non returnable.
Return Methods: To initiate a return, you can:
• Visit our website and complete a contact from for further instruction, or

Refund:
• We will only refund for faulty product and only if item is in original condition.
• Refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment method.
• A restocking fee will be deducted from refund.
• Refund will be issued only upon receipt of returned item and will be dependent on inspection of goods to ensure absence of tampering.
Return Shipping:
• Customers are responsible for return and any additional shipping costs.
• We recommend using Australia Post for returns to ensure a smooth process.
Special Considerations for Different Product Categories:
• Customised items are non refundable or returnable unless there is a fault present and any refund or replacement will be dependent on an item inspection by a member of our team.
Processing Time:
• Please allow 7 business days for us to process your return and issue a refund after we receive the returned product.
